2010 Spring Run Clinics

Spring Running Clinic - Starts March 3rd


Prepares runners for Rocky Mountain Soap company Race, Nipika Trail Race and other spring races.

Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced (starts March 3rd)
Wednesdays 6:00pm

* Note, if there are enough beginner level runners a separate time will be held on Wednesday (8 people minimum).

 

 

2010 Summer Clinic

Starts June 16th

Prepare runners for Loop the Lake 10km, ½ or full marathon August 9th or other summer races


Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
Wednesdays 6:00pm (may swith to early mornings once temps heat up)

 

2010 Fall Running Clinic

Starts Early September
Prepare runners for Fernie Half marathon and relay, Headbanger Trail Challenge and other fall races.

 

Beginner
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm

 

Intermediate/Advanced
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

2010 Spring Clinic

Join our Triathlon Group Free!  A friendly group of athletes from

Sprint to Ironman distance who train together in a fun, social atmosphere.

 

FREE ROAD RIDE GROUP

Meets Sundays at 10:30am Sportuccino's (519-13thStreet Invermere)

1-2 hour bike rides

 

WASA MOCK TRIATHLON

Sunday May 30th (Free but volunteers would be appreciated)

Prepare for Olympic or Sprint Distance triathlon with a course set up here in Invermere. RSVP Michelle.

2010 Spring Clinic - Starts Thursday March 11th

Thursdays -  Start date March 11th

6:00pm-7:00pm

* Please note if there is enough interest a separate advanced class will be held

for Thursday group (min. 8 participants required)

 

Sundays   -  Start date March 21st

10:30am-11:45am

 

FULL DAY AND 1/2 DAY HIKES (FREE)

One Sunday a month Michelle will be heading out for a half day or fulll day hike.

Anyone is welcome and there is no charge. You must be able to walk (inclines will be in every hike) comfortable for 3 hours for 1/2 day hikes and up to 6 hours for full day hikes.

Bring lots of water, backpack, snacks, bagged lunch, extra dry socks and anything else you like to bring hiking.
