Running Clinics
Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced run clinics teach participants how to improve fitness performance in a safe, fun and professional way.
Clinics include a mix of road, track, trail
and park settings. Creative training sessions using the latest coaching techniques, ensure a quality workout with lots of fun.
Building a base, strength and power, speedwork, hill training, race simulation and plyometrics are just some of the elements included in the training.
