Running Clinics

Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced run clinics teach participants how to improve fitness performance in a safe, fun and professional way. 

Clinics include a mix of road, track, trail

and park settings. Creative training sessions using the latest coaching techniques, ensure a quality workout with lots of fun.

Building a base, strength and power, speedwork, hill training, race simulation and plyometrics are just some of the elements included in the training.

Spring clinic is completed for the 2008 Season.

Summer Running Clinic

June 16th to August 9th

To Prepare runners for Loop the Lake 10km, ½ or full marathon August 9th or other summer races

 

Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
Mondays 6:30pm & Wednesdays 6:15am
Saturdays 9:00am

 

Thursday Morning Running Group

Start Thursday June 26th

9:00am - Meet at CVLS

 

Fall Running Clinic

September 8th to November 2nd
Prepare runners for Banff Ekiden Relay, 1/2 and full Marathons at Victoria and Kelowna and other fall races

Beginner
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm
Saturdays 8:30am

Intermediate/Advanced
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm
Saturdays 9:40am
