Nordic Pole Walking
Urban Poling is one of the safest and most effective forms
of exercise. It burns up to 46% more calories than walking alone.
It also increases oxygen consumption, strenghtens core and upper
body muscles, improves posture and range of motion. Whether you’re
a senior with arthritis or an Olympic athlete, you will get something
from this. A certified coach will teach proper technique and lead
walks in both urban settings and trails.
