Nordic Pole Walking


Urban Poling is one of the safest and most effective forms of exercise. It burns up to 46% more calories than walking alone. It also increases oxygen consumption, strenghtens core and upper body muscles, improves posture and range of motion. Whether you’re a senior with arthritis or an Olympic athlete, you will get something from this. A certified coach will teach proper technique and lead walks in both urban settings and trails.

CVLS Poles are supplied.

Out on vacation and looking for a local, scenic place to hike? Want to give Pole Walking a try?

Private Nordic Pole Walking hikes available this summer. A Certified Pole Walking Instructor will show you the basic techiniques and take you on selected routes ranging from easy 1 hour walks to more challenging 3 hour hikes.
