Boot Camp
Boot Camp offers an action packed hour of training for the entire
body. Creative drills, circuits, intervals and plyometrics will help develop
speed, power, range of motion and bring your cardiovascular fitness to the next
level.
Walkers, walk/run enthusiasts and runners can all benefit from Boot
Camp. A three-tier system ensures everyone is working within their
level.
Sessions will incorporate strength and power training, core conditioning,
cardiovascular fitness, agility, dynamic flexibility and a whole
whack of fun!
Imagine getting a creative full body workout in an outdoor park
setting during the summer. What a great way to begin you day!
